Studies suggest that mentally stimulating activities strengthen brain cells and the connections between them, and may even create new nerve cells. Commit to seeking opportunities that keep your brain active every day by doing simple things like:

  • Stay curious and involved — commit to lifelong learning

  • Attend lectures and plays
